These platforms recruit many delivery people by promising them an easy income and an autonomous activity. Although they are very visible in the public space, do we really know who are the bike delivery drivers today? Under what conditions do they work? How much time do they spend crisscrossing cities each day and for what income? How do they see their future?
The Mobile Lives Forum invites you to discover the results of a rich field survey conducted by students from the University of Paris 1. Along with Laetitia Dablanc and Dominique Méda, they put these services into perspective with regard to the logistical, ecological, economic and social issues they raise, during a conference held online on June 24, 2021.
