Laura Stanik is a socialpreneur and social science researcher. Drawing on qualitative and quantitative methods, Laura regularly explores the underpinnings of belonging, connection, and community. Through her company, Urgently Good, Laura helps those working to create more habitable surroundings and nurturing societies uncover and activate a spirit of “we-ness.” Based on a common identity, goal, belief, and value, this shared heading is where care naturally exists for all involved and is what develops a sense that "we’re in it together".
