Claude SOULAS is an independent expert who, since the late 1970s, has been involved in transport research, working successively at the IRT (Transport Research Institute), at the transport service of ADEME (formerly AFME), at INRETS, and then at IFSTTAR. He has been part of numerous international collaborations, in particular with Germany.
