Bernard Emsellem was SNCF's Deputy Managing Director for Communications, Sustainable Development and Ecomobility. He led Guillaume Pepy's project to create the Forum Vies Mobiles as a meeting place for innovation around mobility, where research and the arts intersect. He was its first president from 2011 to 2018.
