Geraldine Schmidt is professor and research director in management sciences at the IAE de Paris (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University). For the past fifteen years, she has been working on the challenges and impacts of economic change on companies and organisations, specifically concerning their employment and mobility management.
