Céline Gaille

Photographer

Céline Gaille is a French photographer, distributed by the Hans Lucas Studio. She lives and works mainly in Toulouse and regularly collaborates with the press. Blending documentary photography with an assertive subjectivity, she constructs long-term series. She not only explores photography by creating images, but also by borrowing sounds and manipulating archives to interpret the world around her. For several years, her work has been intertwined with that of researchers from different disciplines. Since 2019, she has been working with two geographers in Ariège, a land of free experimentation in terms of neo-rurality, migrations and profound life changes.
