Sophie Garcia is a currently a Masters 2 student in Urban and Land Use Planning at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Her Masters 1 thesis considered the neoliberal production of the city through a project to develop the banks of the Spree in Berlin. Her master 2 thesis will explore German reabsorption and housing policies for exiled migrants.
