Véronique Mondou

Geographer

Véronique Mondou is professor of geography at the University of Angers, in the UFR ESTHUA - Tourism and Culture research department, and affiliated with the UMR ESO research department (CNRS 6590). Her research focuses on the relationship between tourism and transport, in particular issues of tourism accessibility and development, as well as the transformation of modes of transport into tourism products (such as cruises, particularly in China). She is co-author of the book Tourisme et transport, deux siècles d'interactions published by Bréal in 2017.
