Geraldine Schmidt is professor and research director in management sciences at the IAE de Paris (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University). For the past fifteen years, she has been working on the challenges and impacts of economic change on companies and organisations, specifically concerning their employment and mobility management. Among other publications, she wrote “Restructurations d’enteprises” (2012, Repères)
