Hervé Baptiste is lecturer in urban planning and development (Polytech Tours/UMR CITERES). His work focuses on sustainable mobility and the modelling of transport systems. Building on his expertise, he lead managed campus mobility planning at the University of Tours from 2006 to 2012.
